Ian and his team are the BEST!!! If they can't fix it they will find someone who can. They have helped our office so many times and on short notice too. The guys are friendly and they clean up after themselves. They are full service done when you need it. I know I will be calling them in the future.

Ian and his team are awesome. Every time I have called (3 times this year) with an urgent issue he has been there almost instantly. He has not only fixed the issue and put everything back together perfectly, but his team is exceptionally neat to the point that no one would know there was any work being done. Manta Property Group did an excellent job repairing and replacing broken sheetrock, and skim-coating my walls. They are very professional and hands-down the cleanest and tidiest team I've ever had in my home! I was dreading this repair job, thinking it would make my house a mess, but they left not even a trace of dust anywhere. I couldn't be more pleased with the end result, and will use them again for any home repair projects.

Ian and his team absolutely knocked it out of the park for a small bathroom renovation. I had started the project myself, but got to a point where I was over my head, so I reached out to several area contractors for estimates on finishing it up. Ian was one of 3 who returned my call and came to my house to take a look... and while he was not the lowest price, I appreciated his candor in explaining his pricing to me, AND his willingness to work within the budget I wanted. Additionally, Ian was open and honest about the other projects on his plate and how that might affect his availability, which I truly appreciated. -He managed and met my expectations seamlessly over the entire course of this job in that his guys showed up when he said they would 100% of the time. In one instance where he needed to change a schedule, he alerted me immediately to the change. The members of Ian's crew I met (Chris, Alex, and Patrick) are all wonderful assets to MPSG. These guys are courteous, neat, responsive, hard working, and most importantly trustworthy. -At several points in this project, they were all in my house without anyone home, and security cameras show them doing what they were there to do, and double checking that doors were locked before they left. All in all, Ian's team finished the work I'd asked for within our agreed timeline and UNDER our agreed budget!! I look forward to having MPSG return for future renovation projects, and I absolutely recommend this team to anyone looking for a contractor with the ability to communicate clearly and manage expectations appropriately.

Ian did a great job at my home. I came to him with an issued that I'd had another contractor try to fix it, and when that didn't work, I was at a loss for what to do. I found Ian on a town forum, and I'm so glad I did. He came to assess the problem quickly, and zero'd in on what he thought the issue might be. He started work quickly, and was able to fix the problem within a short period of time. His staff is polite, friendly, and does terrific work. They were there every day for several weeks until the job was done. They were clean and thorough. I would absolutely use Ian again. Highly recommend Manta Property Service Group!

Ian and his team were responsive, professional, and punctual. They did a great job with our basement water remediation and restoration (drywall and baseboard repair and some painting), which they completed last week. Would recommend to others.

When I had a leak in my basement, multiple people recommended Manta. I called and someone was at my house within 1/2 hour. From there, the experience was just as good. The people who came to my house were polite, professional, timely and did a great job. Manta got my basement completely dry within a couple days and replaced my carpet padding, patched some holes and put my cabinets back together. I am very picky but I was very impressed with the service. Manta does other construction in addition to flood repair, and I will definitely call them to care of some other things around my house.

Ian came recommended to us by our water remediation company after our finished basement flooded in a storm. I worked mostly with Patrick, who was always polite, punctual, and very communicative. I appreciated getting frequent updates on how the project was going, even when we were out of town for a week. Our basement looks great now, it's like it never flooded!

Manta Property Services did a fantastic job at my home. I cannot say enough positive things about Ian and his entire team. We had a flood in our basement due to a burst hose when we were away on vacation during an extended power outage in town. Manta came in and did a wonderful job on the water remediation and then rebuilt the basement for us. The job included installing new flooring, sheetrock, moldings and trim, hanging doors, painting and more. Patrick in particular is a standout. He has been back several times to help us assemble furniture, hang TV's and assist with various other jobs in our home. Communication with Manta is great and I had such a high level of confidence in the team and the work they performed.
